When Power and Water Corporation needed to communicate critical life support information to First Nations communities across the Northern Territory, they turned to us to help deliver it clearly, respectfully and in language.

We created a series of animated explainer videos and custom illustrations that break down what to do in emergency power outages, how to contact support and what life support customers need to know. The visuals were designed with cultural sensitivity and clarity at the core, making the information accessible for all audiences.

To ensure the message was heard and understood, each video was translated into multiple Indigenous languages, enabling Power and Water’s phone operators to provide community members with content that truly speaks to them.

These animations don’t just inform. They empower. And in remote communities where access and understanding can mean the difference between confusion and calm, that matters.
