Website Design, Annual Report & Strategic Plan

bellette partnered with KWILS to strengthen their digital presence and bring clarity, cohesion and visual impact to key organisational communications. The project included a full website redesign, development of the 2024-25 Annual Impact Report, and strategic promotional materials to support their ongoing advocacy and community engagement.

bellette led the redesign and rebuild of the KWILS website, creating a modern, user-centred digital platform that better reflects the organisation’s mission and services. The new site was designed with accessibility and ease of use front of mind, ensuring community members, partners and stakeholders can find essential information quickly and confidently.

In support of KWILS’ accountability and outreach objectives, we also designed the 2024-25 Annual Impact Report — a clear, compelling visual summary of achievements, outcomes and organisational impact. The design balanced data integrity with engaging presentation, making complex information accessible to a broad audience.

To complement the annual report, bellette developed the Strategic Plan poster that distilled key priorities and goals into a concise, visually engaging format suitable for stakeholder presentations, office display and circulation across KWILS’ networks.

Our work provided KWILS with a refreshed digital home and strengthened communications assets that support the organisation’s advocacy, transparency and community connection. The new website and publications reflect KWILS’ values and commitment, enabling clearer engagement with clients, partners and the wider public.
