As one of the largest local government areas in Australia, Barkly Regional Council needed communications and digital tools that could match its scale, supporting residents and stakeholders across vast, remote communities. bellette partnered with BRC to deliver both a comprehensive Regional Plan and a completely redesigned website, creating clear, accessible platforms for sharing the Council’s vision, priorities, services, and updates with communities near and far.

bellette  worked closely with BRC to design a Regional Plan that communicates strategy with clarity and visual impact. This vital document outlines the Council’s goals, initiatives and commitments for the coming years, ensuring residents, businesses, and stakeholders can understand and engage with the region’s long-term direction.

In parallel, we rebuilt the Council’s website from the ground up, delivering a clean, easy-to-navigate, and fully responsive platform that makes it simple for people to find council services, explore community updates, and access important forms and documents.

Built with accessibility in mind, custom integrations support seamless updates to public notices, events, and job listings, while a user-friendly CMS empowers Council staff to manage content with confidence.

From Tennant Creek to the most remote communities, the new website and Regional Plan ensure Barkly Regional Council can connect with its people, no matter where they are.
